About Green Smoothies

A green smoothie consists of leafy greens such as spinach, kale, and collard greens, fruit and water. Smoothies are blended in a Vita-mix blender; powerful enough to break down the cell walls of the plant material - allowing for ease of digestion and a delightful texture, while retaining all the fiber and essential elements of the whole plant. The fruit takes the bitter flavor away from the greens making for a delicious, refreshingly nutritional experience.
